A significant amount of OLRCB personnel time is dedicated toward developing, implementing and administering a number of negotiated citywide initiatives. These efforts are on-going responsibilities of the OLRCB and require labor and management to work collaboratively, to ensure effective development, implementation and administration of these programs which are intended to benefit the District’s workforce.
Specifically, the Compensation Units 1 and 2 Agreement included four major initiatives.
They are (1) Commuter Benefit, (2) Affordable Housing, (3) Compensation and Classification and (4) Retirement Reform.
