
Brittany Smith-Harding, a native of Brooklyn, NY, joined the Office of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining (OLRCB) as an Attorney Advisor in February 2026.
Brittany earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Howard University. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the David A. Clarke School of Law and later obtained an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Georgetown University Law Center.
Prior to joining OLRCB, Brittany served as a law clerk in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for the Honorable Tanya M. Jones Bosier. She also served as a Staff Attorney with Legal Counsel for the Elderly (LCE) in its Consumer Advocacy and Homeownership Preservation Practice. While at LCE, Brittany provided legal counsel and represented clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings involving foreclosure defense, predatory lending, and financial exploitation.
Outside of her legal practice, Brittany enjoys cooking, dancing, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
