Neah Evering (she/her), a Washington, DC native, became an Attorney Advisor at the Office of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining (OLRCB) in March 2024. She earned her undergraduate degree from Spelman College and her Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law. Before her tenure at OLRCB, Neah served as the lead law clerk for both the Chief Judge of the DC Superior Court and the head of the Criminal Division. Additionally, she held the position of Senior Legislative Counsel for At-Large Councilmember Robert White of the District of Columbia Council.
