Keith Butler is a program analyst with a proven track record of attention to detail and systemic process improvement. Keith holds a bachelor’s in management studies and a bachelor’s in organizational leadership. Keith brings both private and public sector experience to OLRCB by way of owning and operating his own company for over ten years, to working closely with Assistant Attorney General for Anti-trust and all Deputies and Counsel at the Department of Justice, to overseeing the largest recreational programs in the United States at the DC Department of Parks and Recreation.

Responsibilities

• Partners with internal and external clients to provide stellar customer service in a timely manner
• Serves as the point of contact for OLRCB for all dues related issues
• Responsible for process improvement and quality control of all litigation matters that require response and or deadline actions
• Creates and maintains website for OLRCB
• Maintains and organizes agency database
• Meets with director, chief of staff, union officials, and attorneys, to assist in smooth continuity of process and communication
