Michael D. Levy, Esq.

Mike Levy, Esq., Supervisory Attorney Advisor

Michael is a seasoned labor attorney, Supervisory Attorney Advisor and Certified Public Manager (CPM) specializing in extensive administrative litigation and collective bargaining negotiations in the District of Columbia (DC). He supervises all the litigation activities of the Office of Labor Relations & Collective Bargaining (OLRCB). He first worked for the District as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the General Counsel at D.C. Public Schools. He oversees the extensive training outreach of OLRCB, including its Quarterly Labor Liaison Forums.

Among his various service involvements, he has served pro bono as an instructor in the Georgetown Law School’s Street Law Project instructing DCPS high school students in labor and employment law topics that affect them in their day-to-day lives.

Michael is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the Washington College of Law at the American University and earned a Certified Public Manager (CPM) designation from the Center for Excellence in Public Leadership at the George Washington University (GWU). He also graduated from the second Cohort of the District’s Executive Leadership Program. Subsequent to that he participated in the first cohort of the Mayor’s Mentoring Circles Program.
