Nina, is a Howard Law graduate, she joined OLRCB as a Special Assistant, and then became an Attorney Advisor, in 2007. In 2011, she moved to the Department of Health (DOH)  as an HR Director for eight years at various organizations, and then became a General Counsel at DC Child and Family Services Agency for the last three years before joining OLRCB  in November 2024.
