Michelle Dunn, C.P.M. joined the Executive Office of the Mayor (EOM), Office of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining (OLRCB) as the Administrative Officer in May 2023. She has been a dedicated public servant in the District of Columbia Government, for more than 20 years, in the areas of administration, budget, facilities, fleet, human resources, and operations. Prior to joining OLRCB, she was the Administrative Officer in the Executive Office of the Mayor (EOM), Office of the City Administrator (OCA). Michelle started her career in the Executive Office of the Mayor (EOM), Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) and over the years she has supported various agencies, such as the Department of For-Hire Vehicles (DFHV), the Office of Neighborhood Safety & Engagement (ONSE), and the Department of Employment Services (DOES). She is a proud graduate of the District of Columbia Certified Public Managers (CPM) Program.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for organizational budget preparation, justification and administration
- Monitors and reviews all organization personnel documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with personnel policies and procedures as they relate to the District Personnel Manual.
- Advises management on services contracts, inter-agency agreements, and cooperative arrangements with other departments/agencies/offices, and private organizations.
- Oversees management of services related to the planning and layout of office space.
- Analyzes administrative and management policies and practices, organizational directives, and business practices.
