Michael Kentoff has worked as an Attorney Advisor at OLRCB since April 2018. Prior to his arrival at OLRCB, Michael worked in private practice as a Partner, Of Counsel, and Associate in, amongst other things, financial services litigation and regulatory law, ERISA representation (he was a co-editor of the ERISA Litigation Handbook), EEOC representation, state and federal FOIA work, and international sanctions & anti-money laundering counseling. Prior to his legal career, Michael worked as a marketing copywriter and a trade publication editor. A native Chicagoan, he received his JD and BA from American University, grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland, and has resided in the District since 2000. Notwithstanding his love for Chicago (and a soft spot for the Cubs), Michael has always been completely in the tank for DC teams.
