De’Yan Harris, Esq., has been an Attorney Advisor with OLRCB since 2022. A native Washingtonian, Attorney Harris received her J.D. from the Washington College of Law in May 2019. There, she was a member of the Administrative Law Review. Attorney Harris became licensed to practice in Maryland in December 2019. She worked for a private employment firm after graduating from American, before joining a small Family Law practice. Attorney Harris now litigates and negotiates for the Public Safety and Justice Cluster of OLRCB. In her free time, Attorney Harris enjoys reading, writing, cooking, theatre, and spending time with family and friends.
