Caleb Condor serves as an Attorney Advisor for the Office of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining’s negotiation and litigation groups. Prior to joining OLRCB, Mr. Condor served as a law clerk for the Hon. Michael Twigg in the Fourth Judicial Circuit for Maryland and later practiced law at a civil litigation firm in Montgomery County, Maryland. He earned his law degree from Villanova University’s Widger School of Law and holds a bachelor's degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
